Business Development Representative
Full-time, Base + Commission
Report to: Sales Director
This role will be responsible for developing new business opportunities by identifying and acquiring potential clients to increase sales and the company’s market share within assigned territories. This position will require you to be highly self-motivated, result-driven, and have excellent communication and analytical skills.
Job Duties:
- Identity prospects, develop leads, build a network and acquire new business within assigned territories
- Utilize “consultative” and “needs-based” selling by identifying key decision-makers and understanding their needs before presenting the appropriate Company’s business and technology solutions
- Contact potential clients through cold calls
- Prepare and deliver presentations and product training to potential or existing clients
- Support the implementation of sales activities
- Increase sales and market shares
- Achieve monthly sales quota set by the Sales Director
- Maintain expertise of Company’s products and the Forensics industry
- Maintain and manage account information and enter into Company’s CRM system
- Provide regular feedback to Company managers through weekly calls and reports
- Synchronize with Account Managers and Operations to achieve absolute customer satisfaction
Job Qualifications:
- Proven work experience as a Business Development Representative; Public Safety Sales preferred
- Hands-on sales techniques
- Excellent people and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and Internet
- Ability to work efficiently and profitably with minimum supervision
- Ability to deliver engaging and persuasive presentations to individuals and large audience
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to travel
- Must be able to lift and move up to 40-pound items
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree and/or equivalent experience in Law Enforcement or Public Safety

Account Manager (Inside Sales)
Full-time, Base + Commission
Report to: Sales Director
This position is responsible for the successful managing a territory of customers by providing essential services as well as delivering sales results. It is essential for this role to be customer and team-focused, competitive, responsible, and self-motivated.
Job Duties:
- Serve as primary point-of-contact for assigned account; serve as a liaison between customer and company for all business-related needs.
- Manage customer phone inquiries proactively achieve positive customer satisfaction
- Implement company sales and marketing strategies in assigned territory.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and contact key accounts on a regular basis
- Resolve all customer concerns related to their business with the company
- Work in collaboration with Business Development Representatives and Sales Operation
- Maintain current customer needs; continuously analyze customer business (technology needs and customer satisfaction, etc) and suggest mutually agreeable business solutions
- Maintain and manage account information and enter into Company’s CRM system
- Educate and train customers on products and technology
- Deliver on a timely basis any promises made to customer regarding products and services
- Implement sales strategies to encourage customer renewals and up-sale opportunities
- Maintain expertise of Company’s products and the Forensics industry
- Analyze, interpret, and disseminate customer performance data and feedback to Company managers
- Prepare and deliver training to customers
Job Qualifications:
- Minimum 2-years’ experience in government contract sales to public safety agencies
- Proven work experience as an account manager or similar role
- Hands-on sales techniques
- Excellent people and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and Internet
- Ability to work efficiently and profitably with minimum supervision

Software Engineer (.Net Developer)
Full-time
This position is responsible for working on software programming applications. It is essential for this role to have strong technical, analytical and problem-solving skills. This role must be able to work independently and efficiently within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Job Duties:
- Design, write, implement, and modify software programming applications.
- Research new technologies for product improvement and new product.
- Fix bugs reported by QA engineers and customers.
- Supports QA and Technical Support team on technical inquiries/issues.
- Communicate with other software engineers and achieve goals as a team member.
- Write documents including protocol analysis reports and modification notes.
- May travel to customer, partner, or alliance.
Job Qualifications:
- Minimum 2-3 years’ of software development experience
- Strong communication, research, and debugging skills
- Knowledge of programming using Microsoft Visual C#/WPF or C++/MFC
- Knowledge of communication programming including serial (RS-232C), USB, IrDA, or Bluetooth
- Knowledge of Windows OS, variety of additional programming languages, development tools, and communication protocol
- Knowledge of recent mobile phone technologies, especially on iOS and Android
- Knowledge of Android application programming with Java
- Be familiar with a variety of field concepts, practices, and procedures of software life cycle management
- A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of professional experience with .NET, specifically C#
- Strong understanding of OOP, architecture designs and patterns
- Experience in performance optimization / Memory profiling
- Experience with Multithreading is preferred
- Databases experience is preferred
- NO SQL databases experience is preferred
- WPF experience is preferred
Education:
- Required: Bachelor of Science Degree or equivalent
