When making inquiries please make sure that you provide our technical
staff with your Cell Phone Provider, Cell Phone Make and Cell Phone
Model Number (i.e. Sprint, LG 5350), current Operating System, Product
Registration Code and Order Number (5 digit number on invoice). .
This information will help us to better serve you. If you are not sure
what your phone model number is you can look in the battery compartment
(removing the battery will not lose any stored data).
